Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or public holidays. Please note that delivery estimates are guidelines only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs inspections, or courier-related delays.

For custom-made or pre-order items, please note that production may require an additional 15-20 business days before shipment. We appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully crafted to ensure quality and precision.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
1. Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days via Shopee Express

Express Same-Day Delivery (Ho Chi Minh City only):
– Available via Grab or Be
– Shipping fee calculated based on distance and paid directly to the driver upon delivery
2. International Shipping
VANILA GALS offers two shipping methods for international customers:
1. Standard Shipping
Shipped via USPS.
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days.
2. Express Shipping
Shipped via Fly Express.
Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days.
If you need your order to arrive sooner or by a specific date, please select Express Shipping at checkout and email us at vanilagals@gmail.com so we can prioritize your order.
Duties, Taxes & Refused Shipments
Import duties, taxes, and fees vary by country and are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control, therefore cannot be estimated in advance.
International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
If a shipment is refused by the customer, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import duties or fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to VANILA.
Lost or Stolen Packages
VANILA GALS is not responsible for uncollected, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the courier.
If your package has not been received, it may be temporarily held by the courier before being returned to sender or discarded.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly as soon as possible and providing your tracking number for assistance in locating your parcel.
